On the 19th of October 2013, Dusty Hill Winery hosted the "Dusty Day Out' where people enjoyed great food, drinks and entertainment. $5 from each ticket entry was donated to my appeal plus bar tips from the day. In total a $1,340 donation was made to my appeal. Thank you all so much for your contribution. It was a fantastic day, people had a lot of fun, met new faces, caught up with old friends and danced the night away!

We have a raffle currently running for this beautiful donated painting by Artist Cherry Carroll. Tickets are available at Nimue Art in Kingaroy, at the Murgon Chemist, Dennis Electrical or at alternate times outside IGA during the month of October so look out for him. $2 per ticket or 5 for $3.

On Sat the 28th of September we catered for a Clearance Sale at Redgate.  We had sandwiches, drinks, muffins, slices and tea & coffee. All bread was donated by The Murgon Bakery, everything was made fresh by my Mum Morag, my Sister Laura, my friend and neighbour Carol Rea and my fundraising Coordinator and friend Raelene Dennis. Cameron Bond and Darryl Brown helped with set up, clean up and organising the Apex trailer. It was a successful day with over $500 raised. Thanks so much to you all!
